Company History

TBG Office Solutions, located at 9999 Crazy Horse Drive, is a locally owned business that was started in 2003. We began with the intention of filling a need for local customer service for homes and smaller offices, but are now catering to large businesses with multiple machines. TBG is owned by Arnold and Lisa Ibias who have roots in Juneau since 1967. Both Arnold and Lisa graduated from Juneau Douglas High School and they also have two daughters that graduated here from JDHS and TMHS. Between the two owners, they are involved in the Juneau Symphony, Opera To Go, coaching Thunder Mountain High School Basketball, Hooptime Basketball, advising interact Rotary, outreach classes, as well as running three Juneau based businesses. It is important to both Lisa and Arnold to have ties to the Juneau community as well as give back to town that they call home.

TBG has over 33 years of experience in office machine sales and in the service industry. We have been providing top notch service to not only Juneau, but we also have been serving customers in multiple towns throughout Southeast Alaska. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we are able to provide and the ability to work on multiple brands of office equipment, a solution that no other copier technicians in Juneau can offer. TBG has the ability to service and maintain most office equipment from typewriters to high volume multi-function copiers. Our staff consists of three technical support employees with training in network administration, software support, and repair of multiple brands of office machines such as Konica Minolta, Samsung, HP, Lexmark, and Ricoh. With our wide range of abilities we can offer complete office machine solutions without having to replace all current machines.

We are also an Authorized Konica Minolta Dealer. Working in conjunction with Konica Minolta allows our customers to utilize Konica Minolta’s "Customer One" guarantee. It is a 2 year guarantee on your newly purchased Konica Minolta brand product. We also have the ability to offer pricing from MSRP, GSA, NASPO, and AEPA. We partner with leasing companies such as De Lage Landen and Lease Corporation of America, so we can give businesses the opportunity to lease to own, FMV lease, or out right purchase a machine.
